ラインベースが壁面に埋め込まれ、1.6mm厚のスチール棚の先端に4mm厚のフラットバーを溶接してラインベースに挿入されています。

表側のボトムには雑誌、マガジン類が落ちないように35mmの奥行を設け50mmの折り返しがされており、新刊書、雑誌、マガジン、ブック用の10m幅で3段式の大型書架として使われています。

ラインベースの特徴が最大限活かされており、スチール棚の曲げ加工だけで、重量に耐える傾斜パネルの脱着が容易に自由に行える大変参考になる施工例です。

Line BaseofProsper Line System has been installed into the wall, and 1.6mm thick steel shelf by welding to 4mm thick flat bar has been inserted to the Line Base.

Front side of the bottom of the shelf, 50mm length of the bottom has been bent by 35mm depth in order to avoid falling down to the floor for new books and magazines.


Only the bottom part bending makes a large scale shelf with heavy weight holding with a use of Line Base installation. Large declined shelf is beautiful and efficient for this purpose.
