サンフランシスコセントレジスホテルのファサードオブジェを作成しました。

縦の支柱と横・斜めに取り付ける枝葉は両方とも別注の25Φ異形パイプです。施工現場で角度を変えて接合でき、また高さも自由に調整できるようにしたいという設計者の要望に沿って、アルミパイプは型材を製作して押出成型にて対応し、接合部の固定金具部品はステンレスのロストワックス(型抜き)で製作した結果、デザイナーはじめ関係者から高い評価を頂きました。

We've created a facade object of San Francisco St. Regis Hotel.

Vertical struts and branches and leaves attached to the horizontal and diagonal is 25Φ(0.98") variant tube of both bespoke.

By a request from the designer that tubes can be joined, reduced and freely adjusted in installation, we made molding for both of extluded aluminum tube pipe and stainless steel made die-cut for the joint part.

We have received a high evaluation from the designer and related person.
